We don’t nickel and dime and we don’t answer questions with answers that cause more questions.
The biggest example of this is the fact that we don’t offer “technical support”.
We put out our best prices and let you decide if you want to buy it without trying to convince you. The price speaks for itself.
If you are unsure of what to buy we prefer you buy nothing. Why? Simple, if you don’t know what to buy and buy nothing you will never be dis-satisfied with us.
If you have a lot of questions about an item, we won’t answer your questions (except a few) and we will not sell you the item. If you don’t know what you are buying, chances are that you won’t know what to do with what you bought.
We don’t offer telephone support. We have an support system, FAQ and help desk along with whatever resources we can find in the “Resources” Section.
If you bought something and are experiencing issues. Pick up the item and come and see us during normal business hours. We will refund your money, no questions asked.
